Plan de negocio sobre una start-up innovadora “Vision”:

- Concepto: Vender productos informáticos (Smartphone, Tableta…) tipo tableta Kindle. Un smartphone con una pantalla por ejemplo de 300 PPI con texto nítido y de calidad láser. Así se podría navegar sin deslumbramiento, incluso con la luz solar brillante.

- Utilidad:
1. No tiene un consumo de energía elevado: No se necesita mucha electricidad, tiene mas batería
2. Razón principal ; permite limitar la exposición la luz azul-violeta o luz visible de alta energía que puede provocar fatiga y estrés visual, además de la aparición precoz de la DMAE (Degeneración Macular Asociada a la Edad)

A través de este plan de negocio, analizaré y estudiaré la situación actual de las tabletas Kindle, los principales sectores afectados (Marco más teórico). Se analizara también la viabilidad del producto en el tiempo; basándome en el modelo canvas. Seria necesario y muy util también, analizar el entorno de la empresa, las barreras del mercado, los competidores directos y indirectos, las Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas y Oportunidades (DAFO) para posicionar correctamente el negocio a corto y largo plazo. Además, a lo largo del proyecto, se realizarán estudios y encuestas para medir el interés y el punto de vista del consumidor.

2. Main reason ; it allows to limit the exposure to blue-violet light or high energy visible light that can cause fatigue and visual stress, in addition to the early onset of AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration).

Through this business plan, I will analyze and study the current situation of Kindle tablets, the main sectors affected (more theoretical framework). I will also analyze the viability of the product over time; based on the canvas model. It would also be necessary and very useful to analyze the company's environment, market barriers, direct and indirect competitors, Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities (SWOT) to correctly position the business in the short and long term. In addition, throughout the project, studies and surveys will be conducted to measure consumer interest and point of view.
