La protección patrimonial de las personas discapacitadas

El patrimonio protegido de las personas con discapacidad es un concepto que ha
sido ampliamente tratado en todas sus vertientes por varios autores. Asimismo, con el
transcurso del tiempo, se ha visto la importancia de dicho concepto y la necesidad de la
creación de una ley que lo regule, la Ley 41/2003, de 18 de noviembre, de Protección
Patrimonial de las Personas con Discapacidad (LPPPD). De ahí que se traten de analizar
los elementos personales, reales y formales, así como la modificación y extinción del
mismo.

Protected patrimony of disabled people is a concept that has been widely
discussed by several authors. In addition, over the years we have seen the importance of
this concept and the need for the creation of a law to regulate it, the Act 41/2003 of 18
November on Protection of the Patrimony of People with Disability (LPPPD).
Therefore, we try to analyze the personal, real and formal elements, as well as the
modification and termination of the patrimony.
