La emigración española de profesionales cualificados : impacto y medidas incentivadoras de retorno

En este informe se analizará la nueva tendencia migratoria que recientemente se ha iniciado en España: por cuarto año consecutivo, España presenta un saldo migratorio negativo, es decir, el número de emigraciones es mayor al número de inmigraciones. Concretamente se analizará la emigración de los jóvenes españoles cualificados a América Latina.
La importancia de este análisis reside en el impacto negativo que el abandono de dichos jóvenes tiene sobre el desarrollo de la economía nacional. Por tanto, se evidencia la necesidad de implantar medidas que incentiven el retorno de dichos jóvenes para que contribuyan al desarrollo de España. Dicho análisis se centrará principalmente en la emigración española a países de América Latina por ser tierras que generalmente presentan un ritmo rápido de crecimiento económico y por haberse convertido en uno de los destinos preferentes de los jóvenes españoles que traspasan las fronteras.
Al tratarse de un fenómeno muy reciente, la información que existe acerca del tema aparece dispersa en diversos periódicos y medios de comunicación, por lo es conveniente realizar un informe con una descripción más detallada de dicho fenómeno migratorio tanto en términos cuantitativos como cualitativos.

In this report we will analyze the new migration trend that has recently appeared in Spain: for the fourth consecutive year, Spain has had a negative migration balance, in other words, for four years the number of emigrations has been greater than the number of immigrations. Specifically, we are going to analyze the emigration of young skilled Spaniards to Latin America.
The importance of this analysis lies in the negative impact that the abandonment of these young people has on the development of the national economy. Therefore, it demonstrates the need to implement measures to encourage the return of these young people in order to contribute

to the evolution of Spain. This analysis will focus on the Spanish emigration to Latin America, since; in general, it is a region enjoying rapid economic growth and one of the preferred destinations among young Spaniards.
As this phenomenon is very recent, the information we can find on this topic is scattered among various newspapers and the media, so it is convenient to elaborate a report with a more detailed description of this migration phenomenon in quantitative and qualitative terms.
