En este trabajo de fin de grado, estudiaremos la relación entre las crisis financieras de España y Portugal de los últimos años. Y se hará un análisis comparativo entre ambas crisis.
Se analizará su efecto en el sector inmobiliario y financiero, su situación en la actualidad y las inversiones futuras.
Además se explicará el sector inmobiliario, detallando el tipo de inversiones , y actividades que puede desempeñar en este.
Se hará un seguimiento de la economía, de su evolución y de su repercusión en el sector inmobiliario desde los años previos a la crisis hasta la actualidad.
Se investigará la situación actual del sector, el boom inmobiliario en el que se encuentra y la incertidumbre ante la explosión de una nueva burbuja inmobiliaria.
In this Project, I have studied the relationship between the financial crisis Spain and Portugal have suffered throughout the past years. I will develop an analysis that compares both crisis.
Then I would analyze the effect of the crisis in the real estate ,construction market and finantial sector. It´s situation in the present and in the future.
The real estate sector would be explained, with the kind of investments it has and the activities that can be developed in this sector.
I will analyze the economy, its evolution and its impact on the real estate sector from the years before the crisis to the present.
The current situation of the sector will be investigated, the real estate boom in the present, and the uncertainty before the explosion of a new real estate bubble.
