Hacia una mejora de la calidad normativa

El objetivo de este trabajo es poner de manifiesto la importancia que la calidad normativa tiene tanto desde el punto de vista jurídico como económico y los enormes costes de transacción que la hipertrofia normativa padecida durante todo el siglo XX y lo que va de siglo XXI ha supuesto. Asimismo, se analizarán las iniciativas que tanto a nivel comunitario europeo como nacional se están llevando a cabo para reconducir la situación y conseguir una racionalidad jurídica que dé cumplimiento práctico al principio de seguridad jurídica y coadyuve en un desarrollo económico sostenible, eficiente y duradero.

The chief aim of this paper is to highlight the importance that the normative quality has both from the legal and economic point of view and the enormous transaction costs that the normative hypertrophy has caused throughout the XX century and what goes of the XXI. Likewise, it is important to point out the initiatives both in the European and national level are taking place to redirect the situation and achieve a legal rationality that will comply with the principal of legal certainty and contribute to sustainable, eficient and lasting economic development.
