Este proyecto ha consistido en evaluar el estado del proyecto de "Implantación de MES" realizado en la planta de Grupo Antolin ubicada en Bamberg, para posteriormente apoyar su gestión colaborando en la toma de decisiones e identificando posibles mejoras para optimizar el proceso de fabricación. Para ello, ha sido necesario estudiar previamente el proceso de fabricación.
This project has consisted of evaluating the status of the “MES Implementation” project carried out at Grupo Antolin’s plant located in Bamberg in order to subsequently support its management by collaborating in the decision making and identifying possible improvements to optimize the manufacturing process. For that purpose, it has been necessary to study the manufacturing process beforehand.
