Eutanasia, derecho a morir, paliativos, suicidio, homicidio y aseguramiento

Desde que en 2021 se aprobó en España la eutanasia, han irrumpido
en el debate y estudio asegurativo, de nuevo, cuestiones sobre la asegurabilidad o no del derecho a morir, así como la línea entre los cuidados
paliativos y el seguro de vida. Sin cuestionar en este momento ni entrar
a perimetrar tal derecho, su esencia, consistencia y existencia ni el bien
tutelable, lo cierto es que no era éste un campo donde abiertamente la doctrina entrase, lo que no quiere decir que no hubiere estudios o reflexiones
sobre los mismos, excepto quizá, en el campo del suicidio, probablemente
uno de los más clásicos, e indudablemente atrayentes para su estudio desde
la óptica del seguro de vida
