El régimen autónomo español en materia de asistencia judicial internacional

En este trabajo se realiza un primer análisis del nuevo régimen legal de auxilio jurídica internacional, concretamente de la nueva Ley 29/2015, de 30 de julio, de cooperación jurídica internacional en materia civil y por el que reemplaza la vieja regulación de 1881. Se acometen, en consecuencia, los trascendentales cambios y novedades que ha sufrido la comunicación entre estados, sobretodo trataremos mas concienzudamente los temas de notificación y pruebas en el derecho extranjero.

In this work a first analysis of the new legal regime of international legal aid is made, specifically of the new Law 29/2015, of July 30, of international legal cooperation in civil matters and by which it replaces the old regulation of 1881 As a consequence, the transcendental changes and novelties that communication between states has undergone, above all we will deal more conscientiously with the issues of notification and evidence in foreign law.
