El empoderamiento psicológico y su relación con el
desarrollo del trabajador.

El empoderamiento es un concepto ahora emergente en el ámbito de las organizaciones y tiene la capacidad de fomentar el desarrollo en los trabajadores. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo investigar las diferentes perspectivas que existen sobre el empoderamiento psicológico y analizar las consecuencias de éste para las prácticas activas del trabajador. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo una revisión teórica y bibliográfica sobre el concepto de empoderamiento y su relación con el desarrollo de los trabajadores. A través de este trabajo, el lector podrá comprender las diferentes perspectivas que existen alrededor del concepto de empoderamiento y su relación con el desarrollo de los trabajadores.

Empowerment it’s nowadays a new concept in the organization areas and it has the ability to promote workers’ development. The aim of this work if to investigate different perspectives that exist around the concept of psychological empowerment and analyse the consequences of these practices in the workers’ development. For this, we had made a literature review concerning the concept of empowerment, and subsequently, it’s relationship with the development of the workers. Throughout this work the person will be able to understand the existence perspectives around the concept of empowerment and how it can be related to the workers’ development.
