El doble de ley

Travesía que, partiendo del debate de la antropología jurídica dogmática sobre la
prevalencia del orden normativo para la institución del sujeto, ejemplificado en un proceso
jurídico (el affaire Perruche), discurre después por los vericuetos de la micropolítica de la
subjetividad, tal y como se plantea en la figura límite del derecho íntimo de la tradición
iusfilosófica del krauso-institucionismo español, para así facilitar el planteamiento de las
relaciones entre biopolítica y derecho desde consideraciones foucaultianas, finalizando en
el esbozo de un vis a vis entre rostro levinassiano y desrostrificación deleuziana.

A journey, first embarking from the debate in dogmatic legal anthropology over the
prevalence of normative order in the institution of the subject, which we exemplify in a
legal process (the Perruche case); continuing through the intricacies of the micropolitics
of subjectivity, such as and how it arises from the limit figure of the intimate law of
the iusphilosophical tradition of Spanish Krause-institutionism; facilitating through this the
relating of biopolitics and law from a Foucauldian point of view; arriving finally at
the outline of a vis-à-vis between the Levinassian face and Deleuzian defacing.
