Educar también es cuidar

La Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC), se manifiesta por la limitación crónica del flujo aéreo dando lugar a restricciones respiratorias. Hoy en día, la EPOC es uno de los principales problemas sanitarios, el cual se extiende a nivel nacional, europeo e incluso mundial.
Por ello, se va a poner en marcha un proyecto educativo destinado a tres centros de salud de la zona sur: en el CS Francia, en el CS Castilla la Nueva y en el CS Panaderas.
Este proyecto presenta una propuesta cuyo objetivo principal es proporcionar, a los pacientes, herramientas para tratar la EPOC. Para ello, se estudian los diferentes factores que afectan al control y evolución de la patología con el fin de tratar el problema aumentando así la calidad de vida de dichas personas, aportándole la información necesaria sobre hábitos de vida saludables y técnicas que harán que tengan un buen control de su enfermedad y se reduzcan el número de ingresos hospitalarios.

For this, the different factors that affect the control and evolution of the pathology are studied in order to treat the problem, thus increasing the quality of life of these people, providing them with the necessary information about healthy lifestyle habits and techniques that will make them have a good control of your disease and reduce the number of hospital adminissions.
