ANÁLISIS DE LA ESTRUCTURA ACCIONARIAL DE LAS EMPRESAS MÁSRELEVANTES DEL SECTOR DE DEFENSA EN EUROPA Y DE LAS HERRAMIENTAS DEFINANCIACIÓN DISPONIBLES EN EL SECTOR A NIVEL EUROPEO

En el trabajo se recogen las principales estructuras accionariales de las empresas del sector de la defensa a nivel mundial, europeo y español. Se analizan las diferencias que existen entre ellas y el recorrido que han desarrollado para llegar a las compañías que son actualmente. Además, se estudian las principales herramientas financieras del sector a nivel europeo.

The project includes the main shareholder structures of worldwide, European and Spanish companies defense sector. Differences that exist between them and the path they have developed to reach the companies that they are nowdays. In addition, the main financial tools of the sector at European level are studied.
