Relanzamiento de granja rural

El principal objetivo de este trabajo es encontrar la manera de extraer el máximo rendimiento de 20 ha de terreno en Zimbabue, propiedad de la organización Child Future Africa. Mediante el desarrollo de un plan de negocio se busca confirmar con certeza una combinación de cultivos rentable, que verifique la viabilidad del proyecto.

Child Future Africa es una organización voluntaria y privada que desde el año 2002 trata de hacer lo posible para ayudar a los niños de Zimbabue, gracias a la puesta en marcha de un orfanato en Mt Darwin, además de otros proyectos.

La culminación del plan de negocio será la última fase del trabajo, estará precedida por una serie de pasos previos que permitirán poner en contexto la situación actual de Zimbabue.

Se hará una breve introducción de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible incluidos en la Agenda 2030 por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, detallando cuáles de ellos son compartidos por este proyecto.

Se analizará la historia política más reciente de Zimbabue y se tratará de relacionar los sucesos de mayor relevancia con la situación económica que atraviesa el país durante los últimos 30 años.

Dada la relación directa con el proyecto, se dedicará un apartado a estudiar el clima en Zimbabue. Los cultivos deberán enfrentarse a condiciones climáticas extremas.

El mercado económico del país contará también con su propia sección en el trabajo, analizando las relaciones internacionales de Zimbabue con el resto de naciones del mundo.

Por último, antes de proceder con el desarrollo del plan de negocio, se investigará sobre ejemplos de cultivos empleados de forma exitosa en Zimbabue y otras granjas rurales ya existentes.

Se finalizará con un business plan que permita verificar si el modelo de negocio es viable o no, y se concretarán las ideas más relevantes en unas conclusiones.

The main objective of this paper is to find a way to extract the maximum yield from 20 ha of land in Zimbabwe, owned by the organization Child Future Africa. Through the development of a business plan, it is sought to confirm with certainty a combination of profitable crops, which verifies the viability of the project.

Child Future Africa is a voluntary and private organization that since 2002 has tried to do everything possible to help the children of Zimbabwe, thanks to the start-up of an orphanage in Mt Darwin, in addition to other projects.

The culmination of the business plan will be the last phase of the paper, it will be preceded by a series of previous steps that will allow the introduction of the current situation in Zimbabwe.

A brief introduction will be made of the Sustainable Development Goals included in the 2030 Agenda by the United Nations Organization, detailing which of them are shared by this project.

The most recent political history of Zimbabwe will be analyzed and an attempt will be made to relate the most relevant events to the economic situation that the country has been going through during the last 30 years.

Given the direct relationship with the project, a section will be devoted to studying the climate in Zimbabwe. Crops will have to face extreme weather conditions.

The country's economic market will also have its own section, analyzing Zimbabwe's international relations with the rest of the world's nations.

Finally, before proceeding with the development of the business plan, examples of crops used successfully in Zimbabwe and other existing rural farms will be investigated.

The project will end with a business plan that allows verifying whether the business model is viable or not, and the most relevant ideas will be specified in conclusions.
