La Evolución del Mercado de Emisión de Deuda Latinoamericano

Este trabajo de investigación aborda los atractivos y los riesgos de inversión en los mercados de deuda latinoamericanos tras analizar su historia y evolución con el cambio de siglo. Tras la elaboración de un marco conceptual que cubre los principios básicos del mercado de la deuda, las características, riesgos y atractivos de cada instrumento, la historia de la deuda de la región y la actualidad de ésta, el trabajo pretende ayudar en la toma de decisiones de inversores en Latinoamérica.

This investigative piece of writing tackles both the advantages and disadvantages of any investment in the debt capital markets of Latin America. To do this, a conceptual framework has been created in order to touch upon the characteristics, risks and appeals of each debt instrument, the history of the debt capital markets of Latin America and the current standing of the debt environment in the region. This piece intends to help investors make a decision on whether to spend their money on the debt instruments of the region.
