Incidencia del trastorno bipolar en la comisión de delitos

El objetivo del presente trabajo es el estudio del trastorno bipolar, y en concreto la incidencia que tiene en la comisión de los delitos.
Este trabajo va a estar estructurado de la siguiente manera: un apartado donde realizar una descripción teórico-psicológica del trastorno bipolar, dónde se explicarán los distintos tipos de trastorno bipolar, los síntomas que tiene una persona que padece este trastorno y de qué forma afecta en los distintos ámbitos de su vida y las causas del trastorno. En otro apartado, se hará un análisis para la vinculación del trastorno bipolar con la comisión de delitos analizando la literatura en el que se explicará que delitos son los más realizados por personas con este trastorno, que responsabilidad tienen, que atenuantes y agravantes pueden haber, en que edades y en que género la prevalencia del trastorno es mayor... Y por último, se concluirá con un estudio para relacionar la jurisprudencia de los últimos años, desde el 2014 hasta el 2021, de todas las sentencias de la Sala de lo Penal del Tribunal Supremo.

The aim of this paper is the study of bipolar disorder, and specifically the incidence it has on the commission of crimes.
This work will be structured as follows: a section where a theoretical-psychological description of bipolar disorder will be made, where the different types of bipolar disorder will be explained, the symptoms that a person suffering from this disorder has and how it affects the different areas of his life and the causes of the disorder. In another section, there will be an analysis of the link between bipolar disorder and the commission of crimes by analyzing the literature in which it will be explained which crimes are the most committed by people with this disorder, what responsibility they have, what mitigating and aggravating factors there may be, at what ages and in which gender the prevalence of the disorder is higher... And finally, it will conclude with a study to relate the jurisprudence of recent years, from 2014 to 2021, of all the judgments of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court.
