El desarrollo legislativo del título II de la constitución :
de la necesidad de profundizar en la regulación de
institución de la Corona

La Constitución Española establece en su Título Preliminar que la forma política del Estado Español es la Monarquía Parlamentaria, estando por tanto la Jefatura del Estado ostentada por el Rey. Pese a la relevancia de esta figura, que encarna la primera autoridad del Estado, su estatuto jurídico propio, el de la institución y el de su Familia, así como sus funciones, se encuentran regulados exclusivamente en el Título II de la Constitución. El objetivo de este trabajo es llevar a cabo un análisis del contenido actual de la regulación constitucional de la Corona, con el ánimo de señalar aquellas materias que requerirían por su importancia o su imprecisión, un ulterior desarrollo legislativo.

The Spanish Constitution establishes in its Preliminary Title that the political form of the Spanish State is the Parliamentary Monarchy, being therefore the Head of State held by the King. Despite the importance of this figure, which embodies the first authority of the State, its legal status, that of the institution and that of its Family, as well as its functions, are regulated exclusively in Title II of the Constitution. The objective of this work is to carry out an analysis of the current content of the constitutional regulation of the Crown, with the aim of indicating those matters that would require, due to their importance or inaccuracy, a further legislative development.
