Creación de Sandbox Regulatorio para Fintechs

La idea Sandbox nace para agilizar el funcionamiento legal del sistema financiero español, que actualmente funciona mucho más lento que el propio desarrollo de estas tecnologías, ofreciendo a las FinTech la entrada a un proceso de pruebas piloto en el que les estará permitido operar bajo ciertas normas establecidas. Dicho proceso será regulado por profesionales con el fin de asesorar e impulsar estas tecnologías para que obtengan el permiso de funcionamiento. Se trata de una idea que surge con el fin de incentivar el emprendimiento en este campo, así como atraer inversión al respecto, todo ello con el fin último de mejorar la experiencia del usuario en sus actividades financieras.

La creación de un SandBox para el sistema español no es más que la creación de una empresa, en este caso pública, que tenga como actividad principal la asesoría a las FinTech, aunque en un futuro se pueda enfocar a muchos otros campos.
