Análisis y estudio de instalaciones de bombeo

En este proyecto se analizarán las instalaciones de bombeo y climatización de una vivienda en desuso en la provincia de Almería. Además, se plantearán ideas adicionales de reforma que mejoren el confort y la habitabilidad de la vivienda, con el fin de que los propietarios puedan volver a disfrutar de ella.

Para ello, los objetivos principales en relación con el sistema de bombeo son la instalación de un sistema sencillo y económico que mejore la eficiencia de la red y reduzca el consumo actual, manteniendo la presión requerida de agua en todo momento. En aras de mejorar la sostenibilidad y autosuficiencia de la vivienda, se diseñará un circuito de agua reciclada mediante el tratamiento de aguas grises, que servirá para el llenado de cisternas, el riego y el baldeo de pavimentos. Para todo ello se analizarán distintos tipos de bombas y elementos que satisfagan las necesidades de la red.

Para el caso de la instalación de climatización, el objetivo principal es mejorar la calidad de vida de los propietarios, proporcionando un sistema estable y eficiente que permita regular la temperatura, con el fin de mantener un ambiente agradable tanto en los meses fríos de invierno como en la época estival y que, además, utilice fuentes de generación renovable que aprovechen la climatología de la zona.

This project will analyse the pumping and air-conditioning systems in a derelict detached house in the province of Almería (Spain). In addition, it also considers additional refurbishment ideas to improve the comfort and habitability of the property, so that the owners can enjoy staying at the property again.

Bearing this in mind, the main objectives related to the pumping system are the installation of a simple and reasonable system that improves the network efficiency and reduces the current water and energy consumption, maintaining the necessary water pressure at all times. In order to improve the sustainability and self-sufficiency of the property, a recycled water circuit will be designed with a grey-water treatment system that can be used to fill the tanks that provide water for toilets, watering and cleaning the outdoor paving. An analysis will be carried out of the different types of pumps and elements that will satisfy the network requirements.

With regard to the air-conditioning, the main objective is to improve the quality of life of the owners when they are at the property by providing a stable and efficient system, that regulates the temperature to ensure a comfortable environment during both the cold and hot months of the year. The air-conditioning will use renewable energy to make the most of the local climate.
