Actualmente, vivimos en una sociedad muy preocupada por la aparición del efecto invernadero y la aceleración del cambio climático. La eficiencia energética y las energías renovables son las principales herramientas utilizadas por los gobiernos de todo el mundo para luchar contra el cambio climático y garantizar la Transición energética. Este trabajo de investigación analiza cómo sería la construcción de un parque fotovoltaico desde un punto de vista financiero. Para ello, se comenzará con una introductoria contextualización del sector energético español, explicando su evolución, el funcionamiento del mercado, la regulación y el nuevo Real Decreto 1183/2020. Posteriormente, se analizarán las fases administrativas necesarias para construir un parque fotovoltaico. Finalmente, se elaborará un Project Finance como método de financiación. Este apartado se desarrollará en 4 secciones principales de estudio: los tipos de financiación, análisis de la rentabilidad del proyecto, análisis de los riesgos y se concluirá explicando el impacto social y medioambiental del proyecto.

Nowadays, we live in a society that is very concerned about the emergence of the greenhouse effect and the acceleration of climate change. Energy efficiency and renewable energies are the main tools used by governments around the world to fight climate change and ensure the Energy Transition. This research work analyzes how the construction of a photovoltaic park would look like from a financial point of view. To do so, it will begin with an introductory contextualization of the Spanish energy sector, explaining its evolution, the functioning of the market, regulation and the new Royal Decree 1183/2020. Subsequently, the administrative phases necessary to build a photovoltaic park will be analyzed. Finally, a Project Finance as a financing method will be elaborated. This section will be developed in 4 main sections of study: the types of financing, analysis of the profitability of the project, analysis of the risks and will be concluded by explaining the social and environmental impact of the project.
