Proyecto técnico de diseño e instalación de planta de pretratamiento de aguas residuales en industria cárnica

Diseño de la instalación de pretratamiento de aguas residuales en un matadero industrial para permitir su traslado a la red de saneamiento, incluyendo los procesos de desbaste,, tamizado y homogeneización, así como el diseño de las tuberías y las bombas. Implementación de dicha planta con los procesos de sacrificio, despiece y elaboración y asistencia en la construcción de la misma. Las naves de sacrificio de vacuno, equino y bovino y de despiece de vacuno y equino, así como el túnel de lavado y los corrales generan una gran cantidad diaria de agua contaminada. Dicho agua no puede ser vertida a la red de saneamiento municipal sin un tratamiento previo que cumpla con la legislación vigente. Dicho tratamiento puede ser completado con la transformación de la balsa de homogeneización en un reactor biológico, para tratar el agua por medio de lecho móvil.
