Proyecto educativo desde atención primaria, impartido en el Centro de Salud de Daroca: Taller grupal de deshabituación tabáquica “Tu enfermera te ayuda a dejar de fumar”

El tabaquismo es el principal factor de riesgo evitable de morbimortalidad que se puede actuar
desde Atención Primaria (AP). La mitad de las personas que mueren han perdido una media de 20
años de vida.
En las consultas se puede diagnosticar fácilmente. Luego el 60% de los fumadores que
acuden a consulta incluso por otros motivos no han recibido consejo sanitario y no saben dónde
pedir ayuda cuando están dispuestos a dejar de fumar.
Como objetivo se busca disminuir el número de personas fumadoras y una calidad de vida
saludable.
Este Proyecto educativo de deshabituación tabáquica, será la manera de desarrollar la
intervención de captación de estos pacientes y facilitar la intervención de enfermería en el taller a
nivel grupal en el Centro de Salud.
Este taller contará con 10 pacientes, cuatro sesiones, su objetivo será afrontar la situación
y el dejar de fumar trabajando actitudes, conocimientos y habilidades.

Smoking is the leading preventable risk factor for morbidity and mortality that can act from
Primary Health Care (PHC). Half of those who die have lost an average of 20 years.
The consultations can be easily diagnosed. Then 60% of smokers who come to see even
for other reasons have not received health advice and do not know where to ask for help when
they are ready to quit.
Target seeks to reduce the number of smokers and a healthy quality of life.
This educational project of smoking cessation, will be how to develop the intervention uptake of
these patients and facilitate the involvement of nurses in the workshop at the group level in the
Health Center.
This workshop will have 10 patients, four sessions, will aim to address the situation and quit
working attitudes, knowledge and skills.
