Políticas antiterroristas y contraterroristas, y Derechos Humanos

Resumen: Este trabajo es acerca de las políticas antiterroristas y contraterroristas que se han seguido durante los últimos años tanto por las Naciones Unidas, como por la Unión Europea y, principalmente por España. De este modo, se trata de encontrar respuesta a la pregunta de si se vulneran los derechos humanos en la lucha contra el terrorismo.

This project is about antiterrorist and counterterrorist policies that are being carried out by the United Nations, the European Union and particularly in Spain. Thereby, we are trying to find an answer to the question of wheter human rights are violated or respected in the fight against terrorism.
