Plan de negocios

En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se analizará la viabilidad de un plan de negocio, se realizará una breve descripción de este. Se llevará a cabo un plan de marketing, un análisis de costes, proceso organizacional de la entidad junto con un plan elaborado de recursos humanos y finalmente un plan financiero y la fiscalidad y jurisprudencia necesarias.

Tras una explicación y breve introducción de las características principales de este negocio, llegaremos a una conclusión de la viabilidad del negocio. También, en el plan financiero se analizará si finalmente el negocio es rentable y cuánto tiempo se tardará en recuperar la inversión inicial.

Por otro lado, será interesante mencionar los efectos legales que conlleva abrir un restaurante de este tipo, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un restaurante de lujo de comida italiana.

Finalmente, como objetivo de este trabajo se llegará a la conclusión de si es viable el modelo de negocio del restaurante El mercado de las flores.
