Plan de negocio de "Souto da Fonte"

La crisis causada por el Covid-19 ha supuesto un antes y un después en la sociedad y en el sector turismo. Esta crisis presenta la oportunidad de reconstruir el sector turístico hacia un turismo sostenible, sólido e inclusivo. De este modo, el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) desarrolla la idea de negocio de una start-up que se adapta a las nuevas exigencias demandadas por el sector. Se trata de estudiar la viabilidad de recuperar y rehabilitar el pueblo gallego de Souto da Fonte, un paraíso rural escondido en la Ribeira Sacra que recientemente ha sido adquirido por un amante de la zona. La idea es rehabilitarlo mediante el establecimiento de lujosos módulos hoteleros que ofrezcan servicios de calidad que apuesten fuertemente por la sostenibilidad y la digitalización, dos factores clave en este escenario post-pandémico.

The Covid-19 crisis has marked a turning point in society and in the tourism sector. This crisis presents the opportunity to rebuild the tourism sector towards a sustainable, solid, and inclusive tourism. Thus, this Final Degree Project (TFG) develops the business idea of a start-up that adapts to the new requirements demanded by the sector. The idea is to study the feasibility of recovering and rehabilitating the Galician village of Souto da Fonte, a rural paradise hidden in the Ribeira Sacra that has recently been acquired by a lover of the area. The idea is to rehabilitate it by establishing luxury hotel modules offering quality services that are strongly committed to sustainability and digitalization, two key factors in this post-pandemic scenario.
