Medidas financieras, fiscales sociales y procedimentales para la sostenibilidad

Es preciso revisar algunas respuestas dadas por las instituciones públicas y las entidades empresariales ante la necesidad de adaptarse en sus comportamientos a la agenda internacional que apunta hacia un desarrollo más sostenible desde un enfoque multidisciplinar. Para ello, se analizan los marcos en los que se mueven, la forma de compaginar mecanismos tradicionalmente empleados en su funcionamiento con los nuevos objetivos, las actuaciones que facilitan la transición ecológica en materia inmobiliaria o de promoción de las energías renovables, así como la posición en la que quedan los contribuyentes cuando afrontan estos retos conforme a medidas de distinta naturaleza.

It is necessary to review some of the responses given by public institutions and business entities to the need to adapt their behaviour to the international agenda that points towards more sustainable development from a multidisciplinary approach. To this end, we analyse the frameworks within which they operate, the way in which they combine the mechanisms traditionally used in their operation with the new objectives, the actions that facilitate the ecological transition in terms of real estate or the promotion of renewable energies, as well as the position in which taxpayers find themselves when they face these challenges in accordance with measures of different natures.
