Lo justo como don en la filosofía española del siglo XXI hacia una ética del don en clave personalista, hermenéutica y existencial

La presente obra ha procurado ser fruto de una reflexión y análisis filosóficos de carácter ético, político y jurídico, en torno a dos nociones: o justo y l don. Esto, en los trabajos de diversos pensadores, principalmente españoles y del actual siglo, adscritos fundamentalmente a la perspectiva de la filosofía personalista, hermenéutica y existencial. Se han escogido diversas ideas clave, iniciando así los pasos de un análisis que investigue en torno a la relación que puede establecerse entre el ámbito supraético de la gratuidad abundante del don y el ámbito ético, simétrico y existencial de la justicia (y, de este modo, de lo justo, núcleo o nudo de tal relación)

This work has sought to be the result of a philosophical reflection and analysis of an ethical, political, and legal nature, centered around two concepts: the just and the gift. In the writings of various thinkers, primarily Spanish and from the current century, primarily associated with the perspective of personalist, hermeneutic, and existential philosophy. Several key ideas have been chosen, thus beginning the steps of an analysis that explores the relationship that can be established between the supraethical realm of abundant gratuitousness of the gift and the ethical, symmetrical, and existential realm of justice (and, in this way, of what is just, the core or knot of such a relationship).
