La paradoja de la religión. Valor y permanencia ante el pluralismo post-secular

El artículo critica las falsas soluciones pastorales y teológicas a la situación de pluralismo post-secular que vivimos en nuestro tiempo. Esas falsas soluciones, habitualmente simples, rápidas y maniqueas ( solo hay buenos y malos ), repiten antiguas idolatrías, y son signo de cierta incapacidad de convivir con las paradojas de la fe. Solo aprendemos a ser fieles a Dios si afrontamos con una fe madura estas tensiones y paradojas, sin eliminarlas de modo superficial.

The article criticizes the false pastoral and theological solutions to the situation of post-secular pluralism that we live in our time. These false solutions, usually simple, fast and Manichean («there are only good and bad»), repeat old idolatries, and are a sign of a certain inability to live with the paradoxes of faith. We only learn to be faithful to God if we face these tensions and paradoxes with a mature faith, without eliminating them superficially.
