La justicia social y la felicidad perdurable en la filosofía de Julián Marías

Este trabajo analiza los conceptos de justicia social y felicidad en la filosofía de Julián Marías con el fin de alcanzar tres metas: comprender su sentido; mostrar cómo pudo llegar a visiones originales de ellos gracias a que su teoría está fundamentada en una metafísica: y alumbrar cómo, ésta es un método para que podamos seguir pensando. Para ello, se revisan la tres grandes perspectivas filosóficas de Marías la estructura analítica, la empírica y la de la persona para indagar qué se entiende por justicia social y felicidad. Asimismo, desde cada uno de estos puntos de vista se buscan las conexiones entre ambos temas. Finalmente se analiza si es verosímil esperar que haya una vida tras la muerte biológica, puesto que, según el filósofo, la perduración es una condición necesaria para que sea posible tanto la verdadera felicidad como la justicia social derivada de ella.

This work analyzes the concepts of social justice and happiness in the philosophy of Julián Marías in order to achieve three goals: to understand its meaning; to show how he could reach his original visions thanks to his methaphysics-based theory: and to illuminate how, this is a method for us to continue thinking. To this end, the three great philosophical perspectives of Marías the analytical structure, the empirical one and the metaphysics of the person are reviewed to investigate what can be understood by social justice and happiness. Likewise, from each of these points of view the connections between both topics are sought. Afterwards, the plausibility to expect life after biological death will be analyzed, since, according to the philosopher, endurance is a necessary condition for both, true happiness and its derived social justice.
