El texto da cuenta del Dictamen del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos de 10 de abril de 2019 sobre las consecuencias del artículo 8 del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos, relativo al derecho a la vida privada y familiar, en el Derecho interno en cuanto al reconocimiento de la relación maternofilial de un niño y la madre comitente, cuando aquél nació mediante un acuerdo de gestación subrogada.
The text gives an account of the Opinion of the European Court of Human Rights of April 10, 2019 on the consequences of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, regarding the right to private and family life, in domestic law regarding the recognition of the maternofilial relationship of a child and the ruling mother, when he was born through a surrogacy agreement.
