Resumen
La cuestión analizada en el presente trabajo es la coordinación entre el Catastro y el Registro de la Propiedad teniendo en cuenta la reforma de la Ley Hipotecaria y la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario. Se analizan los distintos tipos de discordancia de información en estas dos instituciones y la forma de rectificación, así como su coordinación y el mecanismo de georreferenciación de las fincas para facilitar la coherencia de información.
The issue analyzed in this paper is the coordination between the Cadastre and the Land Registry taking into account the reform of the Mortgage Law and the Land Registry Law. The different types of discrepancies in information between these two institutions and the way in which they are rectified are analyzed in this paper, as well as their coordination and the mechanism for georeferencing properties in order to provide a consistency of the information.
