Job y Qohelet: El dolor y la muerte

En esta colaboración nos acercamos a los temas de la muerte y del dolor en Job y Qohelet. El dolor está especialmente presente en el libro de Job, como ilustran estas tres preguntas que lo recorren: ¿por qué se sufre?; ¿por qué sufre un auténtico justo?; ¿quién es y dónde está Dios en un mundo donde sufre el justo? La muerte, en cambio, aparece más plásticamente expresada en Qohelet, cuyo mensaje central según la lectura más optimista del libro- es la invitación a la alegría.

This contribution approaches two main topics of the book of Job and of the book of Qohelet, the suffering and the death. The suffering is present in the book of Job through these three questions: why the suffering?, why the suffering of the right one? where is God in a world where the right one suffers? The invitation to joy is underlined in the book of Qohelet. Yet it is the topic of death in that book which is especially grasped in this article.
