El informe analiza la situación social española ante la crisis provocada por la pandemia, con capítulos también sobre el desarrollo e integración social de la economía española ante la COVID-19, problemas educativos durante la pandemia, el impacto de la pandemia en la sanidad pública, la desigualdad y la pobreza, los cuidados de las personas mayores y los problemas de cobernanza y sistema autonómico durante la pandemia.
