Estudio comparativo del tratamiento con RPG frente a las técnicas de Neurodinamia en pacientes con ciática mediante la medición del EVA

Se va a realizar un estudio experimental para comprobar la efectividad de la RPG y la neurodinamia en el tratamiento de pacientes diagnosticados de ciática.
Se han realizado dos grupos de intervención, uno experimental (aplicación de técnicas de RPG) y otro control (aplicación de técnicas de neurodinamia en miembro inferior) que contarán con un total de 10 pacientes cada uno. El seguimiento de los pacientes se hará desde el inicio del tratamiento hasta el final, para ver si hay mejora al aplicar las técnicas y si éstas son efectivas o no.
El tratamiento se realizará durante cuatro semanas, con un total de 3 sesiones por semana; cada sesión durará un total de 50 minutos.
Se van a medir dos variables dependientes, el dolor y el ROM; para ello utilizaremos una EVA y un goniómetro, respectivamente.
Como parámetros de centralidad tenemos la media, la moda y la mediana. Para ver la normalidad de los datos utilizaremos la prueba de Kolomorov-Smirnov mediante un programa SPSS; finalizaremos hallando una t de Student para obtener los límites de confianza.

An experimental study is going to be realized to verify the effectiveness of the GPR and the neurodynamic in the treatment of diagnosed patients of sciatica.
Two groups of intervention have been realized, the experimental one (application of techniques of GPR) and another control (application of techniques of neurodynamic in lower limb) that will be provided with a whole of 10 patients each one. The pursuit of the patients will be done from the beginning of the treatment up to the end, to see if there is progress on having applied the techniques and if these are effective or not.
The treatment will be realized for four weeks, with a whole of 3 meetings sessions for week; every session will last a whole of 50 minutes.
There are going to measure themselves two dependent variables, the pain and the ROM; for it we will use a VAS and a goniometer, respectively.
As centrality parameters we have the average, the trend and the median. To see the normality of the information we will use the Kolomorov-Smirnof test by means of a SPSS program,; we will finish finding one t of Student to obtain the confidence limits.
