Resumen
Las emociones constituyen una parte imprescindible de nuestra vida, por ello es fundamental que desde pequeños se nos enseñe cómo abordarlas correctamente. Trabajar la denominada inteligencia emocional en las aulas fomenta la capacidad de los alumnos de responder a sus necesidades, alcanzar su desarrollo personal, y las habilidades para hacer frente a las adversidades que se presentan en el día a día.
El siguiente trabajo es una programación didáctica anual contextualizada en el colegio ficticio “Nuestra Señora de las Virtudes”, para el curso de 3º de Educación Infantil. Está organizada en 15 unidades de programación didácticas cuyo hilo conductor es la gestión de emociones. Para ello, se presenta a los alumnos el cuento de El planeta de los emonstruitos, creado por la fundación MAPFRE en el año 2021, cuyos personajes serán el eje vertebrador de las unidades. En el cuento aparecen cuatro protagonistas que representan cuatro emociones: Sandi Sonrisas (alegría), Toti Tristeza (tristeza), Mati Miedos (miedo) y Edi Enfados (rabia). A partir de ellos, se han creado otros siete, que representan a otras siete emociones diferentes: calma, esperanza, sorpresa, soledad, amor, asco y vergüenza.
En línea con las unidades de programación didácticas, cada una de ellas presenta una serie de contenidos, todas ellas vinculadas con una emoción, y en las que se trabaja con el Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje, rincones, aprendizaje cooperativo, Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos, y gamificación.
Emotions are an essential part of our life, which is why it is essential that we are taught how to deal with them correctly from a young age. Working on the so-called emotional intelligence in the classroom fosters the ability of students to respond to their needs, achieve their personal development, and the skills to face the adversities that arise on a day-to-day basis.
The following work is an annual didactic program contextualized in the fictitious school "Nuestra Señora de las Virtudes", for the 3rd year of Early Childhood Education. It is organized into 15 didactic units whose common thread is the management of emotions. For this, the story of El planeta de los emonstruitos, created by the MAPFRE Foundation in 2021, whose characters will be the support axis of the didactic units. In this story there are four protagonists who represent four emotions: Sandi Sonrisas (joy), Toti Tristeza (sadness), Mati Miedos (fear) and Edi Enfados (anger). From them, seven other emonstruitos have been created, representing seven other different emotions: calm, hope, surprise, loneliness, love, disgust, and shame.
In line with the didactic units, each of them presents a series of contents, all of them linked to an emotion. Likewise, in each unit we work with the Universal Design for Learning, corners, cooperative learning, Project-Based Learning, and gamification.
