Desarrollo de técnicas terapéuticas vivenciales. TECNICAS VIVENCIALES, APROXIMACIÓN HEURISTICA

Esta investigación heurística se sumerge en las técnicas vivenciales y en la esencia de las mismas: experienciar. Vivir desde el aquí y el ahora, ampliar la consciencia sobre el como y desde dónde experimentamos el vivir. Replantea o reflexiona sobre ellas y su cabida o su forma de desarrollarse en nuestras sociedades occidentales post-modernas. Desde la teoría de la mente, desde los modelos constructivas y humanistas de la psicología más también desde un foco etnográfico y desde la propia vivencia personal. Pretende ser un espacio de reflexión que despierte curiosidad, que despierte interés por esta forma de investigar, desde la realidad, sin desprenderse de la subjetividad del investigador.

This heuristic research is immersed in the experiential techniques and the essence of them: to experience. Live from the here and now, expand awareness of how and from where we experience living. Rethink or reflect on them and their place or their way of developing in our post-modern western societies. From the theory of the mind, from the contructivist, humanistic models of psychology, also from an ethnographic focus and from one's personal experience. It aims to be a space for reflection that awakens curiosity, that arouses interest in this way of investigating, from reality, without detaching itself from the subjectivity of the researcher.
