Cuestiones de Derecho internacional privado bancario a la luz de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea

El objetivo de este trabajo es la identificación y análisis de algunas cuestiones de Derecho Internacional Privado bancario que hayan sido objeto de algún litigio presentado ante el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea. Una vez identificadas las sentencias, procede continuar con la resolución de dichos problemas, tanto a través de las aportaciones realizadas por el Tribunal como por aquellos comentarios realizados por la doctrina acerca de los mismos.

The goal of this paper is identifying and analizing some Baking and Finance law issues that have arised in the midst of litigation in front of the European Court of Justice from the perspective of International Private Law. Once the jurisprudence that we want to analize is determined, we will follow up the analysis with the resolution of said issues with the help of the decisions made by the ECJ as well as what the doctrine has said about them.
