Creation and analysis of a sales structure through the application of industrial processes and operations

Este proyecto utiliza diferentes herramientas, comúnmente utilizadas en la industria y para la fabricación de productos, a una empresa focalizada en ventas y con fuertes objetivos de expansión. La empresa es Securitas Direct y, más concretamente, Verisure Netherlands, la cual se encuentra en una fase de rápido crecimiento con una estructura de ventas poco consolidada. El objetivo es garantizar la implantación de su modelo de negocio replicable con el mayor crecimiento posible y optimo coste.

This project applies a set of tools, commonly used in the industry for product manufacturing, to a business focused in sales with ambitious growth objectives. The firm is Securitas Direct and, particularly, Verisure Netherlands, which is in an early stage of fast growth with a non-consolidated sales structure. The goal is to guarantee the successful implementation of the replicable business model, ensuring maximum growth at optimal cost.
