Análisis de la figura del absentismo laboral como problema actual de las empresas

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende analizar el alcance a nivel histórico y mundial del “absentismo laboral”. También se quiere investigar las causas y efectos de este fenómeno social, y determinar qué soluciones se le pueden dar a este problema partiendo desde la Ley y desde la creatividad del Departamento de Recursos.

The current investigation research intends to analyze the historical and global presence of the “labor absenteeism”. It also wants to investigate the origins and effects of this social phenomenon, and to determine the solutions that can be given to this problem from the Law and the creativity of the Human Resources Department.
