Resumen
En este artículo se analiza cómo las distintas Comunidades
Autónomas han desarrollado la regulación de la adopción abierta en los
primeros diez años de vigencia de esta figura en España. Se analiza la práctica
de los distintos territorios a partir de datos facilitados por sus entidades de
protección de menores, y se contrasta la información obtenida con la
regulación legal estatal y autonómica vigente.
This article analyzes how the different Autonomous
Communities have developed the regulation of open adoption in the first ten
years of this figure in Spain. The practice of the different territories is
analyzed based on data provided by their child protection entities, and the
information obtained is contrasted with the current state and regional legal
regulations.
