New Challenges of Copyright Authorship in AI

Debido al auge de las nuevas tecnologías, y en particular a los nuevos sistemas de inteligencia artificial, el campo del derecho se tiene que enfrentar a nuevos retos en los que actualmente existe un vacío legal. En este artículo presentamos alguno de esos retos relativos a la propiedad intelectual de las obras creadas a través de inteligencia artificial, como pueden ser poemas, nuevas obras musicales y artísticas en general.

In this paper we explore the new challenges facing Artificial Intelligence with systems able to generate new creations such as poems, songs, pictures or news, and the ownership of their rights.
