Valorador automático de inmuebles para Real Estate

El proyecto consiste en crear una herramienta de valoración automática para que
Copernicus Servicing (empresa) sea capaz de gestionar los activos que tienen en sus
carteras.
El fin es poder facilitar el trabajo a otros departamentos y que las valoraciones de activos
(Real Estate (RE) assets) sean semiautomatizadas, y más tarde, revisadas por el
departamento de RE y valoraciones.

The project consists of creating an automatic valuation tool (AVM) for Copernicus
Servicing (company) to be able to manage the assets they have in their portfolios.
The aim is to facilitate the work of other departments and that asset valuations (Real
Estate (RE) assets) are semi-automated and later reviewed by the RE and valuations
department.
