Turismo internacional : evolución global y análisis de las ciudades europeas

Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo identificar las ciudades europeas que cuentan con un mayor potencial de crecimiento en la atracción de turismo internacional. Para ello, se ha elaborado un marco común que permite la comparación de las ciudades seleccionadas en base a cuatro criterios. Para justificar la elección de Europa como región a analizar, primero se expone la evolución del turismo internacional desde la mitad del siglo XX hasta nuestros días, su distribución por regiones y su aportación a la economía mundial.

The aim of this study is to identify the most attractive European cities in terms of potential growth in attracting international tourism. In order to achieve this, a common benchmark has been developed that allows the comparison of the selected cities based on four criteria. To justify the selection of Europe as the region to be analysed, the evolution of international tourism since the middle of the 20th century to nowadays, its distribution by regions and its contribution to the world´s economy are firstly presented.
