Proyecto de análisis de la operación de una granja rural, desde un punto de vista cualitativo y cuantitativo. Se busca incrementar la rentabilidad de su operación y reducir el riesgo de inversión mediante la diversificación. Para ello, será necesaria la determinación de un mix óptimo de inversiones y el desarrollo de un modelo económico.
