Relación entre procesos depresivos, autocrítica, alianza terapéutica y foco de respuesta del terapeuta

En el presente trabajo de fin de máster se estudia la relación entre la depresión (DP) y una
e levada voz autocrítica (AC), atendiendo a tres diferentes dimensiones: sí mismo od iado (HS),
sí mismo inadecuado (IS) y sí mismo reafirmado (RS). Además de examinar el posible papel
de la alianza terapéutica (AT) y el foco de respuesta (FRT) en el cambio terapéutico (CT) en
cuanto a la AC y la DP en diferentes procesos terapéuticos, enmarcados por la Terapia
Focalizada en la Emoción (TFE). Sobre una muestra compuesta por 19 sujetos se aplicaron el
cuestionario Forms of self-cri ticism/attacking and self-reassuring scale (FSCRS), el Beck
Depression lnventory (BDI), la escala Working Alliance l ventory-short (WAI-S) y el Coding
System ofThe Therapeutic Focus (CSTF), en diferentes momentos temporales. Los resultados
obtenidos apoyan la existencia de una relación directa entre las dimensiones del HS y el IS con
las medidas en DP tomadas previamente al tratamiento. También se encontró una relación
inversa entre la dimensión RS y las puntuaciones de DP previas al tratamiento. Para la relación
propuesta entre FRT y la AT, no se encontr aron resultados significativos. Como tampoco se
encontraron para los modelos mediacionales propuestos. Los resultados obtenidos podrían
resultar de interés para futuras investigaciones en este marco.

In this proyect the relationship between depression (DP) and self-criticism (SC) is studied,
attending to three different dimensions: hated self (HS), inadecuated self (IS) and reassured
self (RS). As well as describing the possible role of the therapeutic all iance (T A) and the
therapeutic focus (TF) in therapeutic changes (TC) of SC and DP, frarned by Emotion Focused
Therapy (EFT). The study was conducted with 19 people, using the questionnaire Forrns of
self-criticism/attacking and self-reassuring scale (FSCRS), the Beck Depression lnventory
(BDI), thc Working Alliancc lvcntory-short scalc(WAI-S) and thc Coding Systcm of Thc
Therapeutic Focus (CSTF), during different temporal moments. The findings support the
existence of a direct relationship between the dimensions of the HS with the DP measurements
taken prior to treatment. For the proposed relationship between TF and TA, no signif icant
results were found. Nor were they found for the proposed mediational models. The results we
obtained could be of interest for fu ture research in this frarnework.
