Régimen fiscal de concentración de empresas

En este trabajo se estudia el régimen fiscal de las operaciones de reestructuración en
nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Se analiza cada una de éstas operaciones desde el
punto de vista fiscal, investigando sobre su problemática actual. También se explica
cada uno de los impuestos que afectan a estas operaciones, así como el derecho
comparado y la cláusula anti-abuso GAAR. Finalmente se explica parte de la teoría
con supuestos prácticos.

In this project, we study the tax treatment of restructuring operations in our legal
system. We analyze each of these operations from the tax point of view, investigating
their current problem. It also explains each of the taxes affecting these operations,
comparative law and anti-abuse clause GAAR. Finally, it explains part of the theory
with practical cases.
