Reforestación en el Líbano : el papel de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible en la evolución de los resultados de las iniciativas implementadas por las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales libanesas

Los bosques son ecosistemas que contribuyen al equilibrio ecológico del planeta y al bienestar humano. La deforestación que se está produciendo en muchos lugares pone en entredicho estas contribuciones y lleva a actores de distintos tipos, organizaciones internacionales, estados y organizaciones de la sociedad civil, a movilizarse para reforestar. En el caso del Líbano, una sólida red de ONGs trabaja en torno a este tema de la mano con el Estado. A nivel internacional, varios textos promueven la protección de estos ecosistemas y la reforestación. Los ODS lo hacen desde un enfoque de desarrollo sostenible, es decir, promoviendo acciones que combinen una dimensión económica, social y ambiental.
El presente TFM examina, en el Líbano, las iniciativas de reforestación llevadas a cabo por las ONGs libanesas, la evolución de sus planteamientos desde su creación y la influencia que pueden haber tenido los ODS en dichos planteamientos.

Forests are ecosystems that contribute to the ecological balance of the planet and the well-being of humanity. Deforestation in many places is calling these contributions into question, and is prompting players of all kinds, international organisations, states and civil society organisa-tions, to take action to reforest. In the case of Lebanon, a solid network of NGOs is working on this issue, hand in hand with the State. On an international level, several texts promote the protection of these ecosystems and reforestation. The SDGs do this from a sustainable devel-opment approach, i.e. by promoting actions that combine an economic, social and environmen-tal dimension.
This dissertation sets out to study reforestation initiatives in Lebanon carried out by Lebanese NGOs, the evolution of their approaches since their creation and the influence that the SDGs may have had on these approaches.
