Proyecto educativo dirigido a sanitarios para fomentar el parto humanizado

Introducción: En los últimos años se está produciendo un gran cambio respecto al modelo de atención sanitaria al parto, mostrando una tendencia hacia el concepto de humanización. Para su implantación se han publicado diferentes estrategias a nivel mundial. Estas iniciativas tienen como objeto proporcionar mayor autonomía a la mujer, devolviéndole el protagonismo que tiene en esta situación, y, permitiéndole expresar sus preferencias, expectativas y deseos.
Para que estas recomendaciones puedan ser llevadas a cabo, es necesario sensibilizar al personal sanitario de la importancia y beneficio que éstas aportan.
Objetivo general: fomentar las prácticas humanizadas durante la atención al parto, proporcionando mayor autonomía a la mujer y asegurando la seguridad materno-infantil. Metodología: se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica con las palabras clave. Tras la aplicación de los criterios de selección se obtuvieron 49 trabajos. Su estudio ha permitido realizar la fundamentación y el desarrollo de un proyecto educativo dirigido a matronas y enfermeras del área obstétrica. Se impartirán tres sesiones de forma presencial en el Hospital Materno Infantil Gregorio Marañón. La metodología empleada ayudará a la adquisición de habilidades y al análisis de actitudes. Implicación para la práctica enfermera: aumentar la calidad obstétrica asistencial, y, consecuentemente, conseguir aumentar la satisfacción maternal respecto al proceso del parto. Actuando, en todo momento, basándose en la evidencia científica y siguiendo las recomendaciones más actualizadas.

Introduction: In the last decades, there has been a big change, which is still developing, with regard to the health care model for childbirth. This is showing a trend towards the concept of humanization. For doing this, different global strategies have been published. These initiatives have as a main object the empowerment of the woman, giving them back their main role in the situation and allowing them to express their preferences, expectations and desires.
In order to implement these recommendations, it is necessary to raise awareness among health workers of how important and how beneficial these techniques are.
General objective: to promote humane practices while the childbirth is being carried out, so that this gives a higher autonomy to women and ensures maternal and infant safety. Methodology: a bibliographic review has been carried out with the keywords. After the application of the selection criteria, 49 papers were obtained. Its study has enabled the foundation and development of an educational project aimed at midwives and nurses in the obstetric area. There will be three face-to-face sessions hold at the Gregorio Marañón Maternity Hospital. The methodology used would help the acquisition of different skills and the analysis of attitudes. Implications for nursing practice: to increase the obstetric care quality and, consequently, to raise maternal satisfaction towards the birth process. Acting, at any times, on the basis of scientific evidence and following the most updated recommendations.
