PROYECTO DE OPTIMIZACIÓN ENERGÉTICA DE UN EDIFICIO INDUSTRIAL

El proyecto trata sobre la implementación y puesta en marcha de un sistema de control de las instalaciones de un edificio industrial. En primer lugar, se realizará una memoria
descriptiva sobre el funcionamiento de los equipos y circuitos incluidos en el proyecto. En ella se incluirán los controladores, sensores, y actuadores correspondientes acorde con los requisitos del proyecto. Una vez que se han definido y se han distribuido acorde a lo acordado, se discutirán los distintos modos de funcionamiento del edificio así como el modo verano, modo invierno, freecooling, modo noche y modo día. Tras la aclaración de todos los apartados anteriores se comienza con la ejecución del proyecto en base a esa memoria.
Se definirán los distintos equipos y actuadores que irán distribuidos por las oficinas de las plantas. A estos equipos se les denominará "esclavos" ya que cumplen y ejecutan las órdenes de los equipos situados en el centro de cada planta que llamaremos "maestro".
Tras la programación y puesta en marcha de todo este complejo sistema automatizado se creará un entorno gráfico o SCADA para poder comandar el funcionamiento de la instalación. Gracias a este puesto centralizado automatizado se podrá reducir el consumo de toda la instalación así como las posibles averías surgidas del sobreuso de las máquinas y equipos que se manejan de forma manual.

Thanks to this centralized automated post, it will be possible to reduce the consumption of the entire installation as well as possible breakdowns arising from the overuse of machines and equipment that are handled manually.
