Presente y perspectivas de futuro de la "responsabilidad de proteger".

Tras algo más de diez años de recorrido en el plano internacional, la Responsabilidad de Proteger sigue siendo un principio de Derecho Internacional Público que presenta numerosos interrogantes en cuanto a su legitimidad, aplicación y perspectivas de futuro. En este estudio se busca analizar cuál es el contexto actual de la Responsabilidad de Proteger, cuáles son las respuestas que da la doctrina a los antedichos interrogantes y qué desafíos ha de afrontar este principio de cara a un futuro sostenible.

The principle of the Responsibility to Protect has already pursued more than ten years in the international scene and there still remain certain questions regarding its legitimacy, implementation and prospects of future. Along this research Project we will aim to assess the current context of the Responsibility to Protect, the answers given by the academics to the beforesaid questions as well as the challenges that this principle faces towards a sustainable future.
