La viabilidad de un Ejército Europeo : un análisis de la Historia de la Política de Defensa de la Unión Europea hasta 2018.

Este trabajo de investigación trata de analizar, mediante una perspectiva histórica, los avances que se han producido en materia de Defensa, tanto las dos Estrategias Europeas de Seguridad, como la importancia del Tratado de Lisboa y los avances en estos últimos años, centrándonos en la Cooperación entre la UE y la OTAN, el Plan de Acción Europeo de Defensa, la Cooperación Estructurada Permanente y la Revisión Anual Coordinada de la Defensa, para poder analizar la viabilidad de un Ejército Europeo.

This investigation paper aims to analyze, through a historic perspective, the advances made in the issue of European Defence, in both European Security Strategies, about the important changes included in the Lisbon Treaty and the latest advances in this last years, focusing on the Cooperation between the EU and the NATO, the European Defence Action Plan, the Permanent Structured Cooperation and the Coordinated Annual Review on Defence, in order to analyze the viability of an European Army.
